Ballerina Cake
For this ballerina cake, use a heart-shaped baking tin - or if you're game, cut the heart shape from a round cake (best to use a tin, me thinks).Cover with pink icing and decorate with freckles around the side. Place pink candles on top and a couple of ballerina figurines.
