Cheese 'n Fruit Sandwiches

These were easy sandwiches to make - we took them to my niece's birthday party recently. The kids said they were yummy and we knew they were healthy.
Using wholemeal bread with the crusts cut off, layer with cream cheese. Cover with thin slices of apple or banana.
Cut the sandwiches into triangles.
(Optional: Sprinkle sandwiches with a little cinnamon.)
