Chocolate Freckle Cups

Chocolate Freckle Cups
These Chocolate Freckle Cups were so easy to make. I made them for my daughter's recent 5th birthday party - a Princess Party.

Ingredients:

Melting chocolate
100's and 1000's
Plastic cups

Melt the chocolate in a pan over boiling water. (Make sure not to get any water in the melting chocolate or it will go thick and gluggy). Alternatively, melt the chocolate in a microwave oven for a few minutes at a time, checking regularly.

Make sure the melted chocolate is in a wide dish (big enough to dip the cup in). When the chocolate has cooled slightly, dip the lid of the *plastic cup in the melted chocolate. Then dip the lid into a bowl of 100's and 1000's.

....that's it!

* make sure you use plastic cups and not glass...

Thanks for sending in this great simple recipe. I had a 'practice run' making them on the weekend - they went down really well with the kids!

Thanks so much for this recipe. I was looking for something for the kids to make in the holidays and these were perfect.

The funniest part was seeing the coloured 'circles' around their mouths when they had finished eating/drinking them!
