Cowboy cake

I made this cake from 2 simple sponge cakes filled with jam and buttercream. I iced them both with ready-ice (the top layer I coloured before rolling and icing. I then used packs of pre-coloured ready-ice to make a cowboy hat and badge and the scarf and belt. The pattern on the scarf was done using icing pens. I cheated on the Sheriffs badge and wrote the words with permanent marker!
