This Elephant Cake was made using one normal round cake (for the body) and one smaller round cake (for the head).
Using a ring cake, cut into sections for the trunk and legs. Use licorice strips for the toes, a marshmallow with a smartie in the centre for the eyes, and licorice for the mouth.
