Games for Childrens Birthday Parties
Games for childrens birthday parties are perhaps the most essential elements of any children's party.
Kids need to release their energy running and jumping around. Alternate the more energetic kids games with the quieter games such as guessing games. Try to have some 'sitting down' games after the kids eat.
Tips:
- Make a list of all the party games you intend playing. If, once the party's started you find one game stands out as being really enjoyed, don't worry about repeating it.
- Music is fundamental to your birthday party entertainment. Play some special children's tapes or hire them from your local library. Oh, and make sure you have allocated someone to be in charge of the music!
- You can buy inexpensive prizes such as chocolate frogs, plastic toys or sets of paper and pencils. Or you can even make medals by cutting out circles from gold, silver and broze coloured card. Cut lengths of ribbon and tape the ends to the back of each medal so they can be put over the child's head.
