Girls Dirt Cake with Pretty Flowers

by Jennifer Yerdon
(New York)

My twin daughters each had their own little flower pot cake and the guest had the larger flower pot cake

I started with chocolate cake mix, chocolate pudding, cool whip and Oreo cookies. Prepare cake as directed when cake is cool get ready to layer. I used plastic flower pots for my girls birthday cake but you could use a variety of things to hold your cake in.

Start your first layer with crumbled cake. Next you will put a layer of chocolate pudding(prepare as directed). Next will be a layer of cool whip and then the crumbled Oreo cookies. Start the layering process again until all ingredients are used up. Just remember to save some crumbled Oreo cookies to sprinkle on top of your dirt cake masterpiece as this will be the "top soil". Decorate with whatever your imagination comes up with!
