Gluten Free Waffles

1 cup sifted Gluten Free self raising flour
2 eggs separated
1/3 cup milk
¼ cup water
50 grams melted butter
1 tbsp brown sugar

Beat egg whites till firm then beat in the sugar. Place the flour, egg yolks, milk, water and butter into the bowl of an electric mixer and beat till smooth. Fold the egg whites into the waffle batter. Turn the waffle maker on and cook the waffles to the manufacturer's suggestions. Serve with yogurt and fresh strawberries or berries. Can be made ahead, refrigerated and heated when needed.
