This Teddy Bear cake was made using a 9in x 13in rectangle cake, shaping with a knife around the edges to get the bear shape.
Smarties were used for the eyes and nose. Blue coloured fondant was used for the ears, mouth and tummy. The fingers and toes were drawn with white coloured tube icing.
